DukanWala, its software, branding, design, and content are owned by or licensed to Vatsagulma Softtech Pvt. Ltd. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. 8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DukanWala is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or any particular commercial outcome. You may stop using DukanWala at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, misuse, a breach of these terms, or a legal or security requirement. You can request account deletion through our Account Deletion page.
